Thermography systems for non-destructive testing

JetCheck is a complete testing tool for inspection of aeroplane hulls. The system is perfectly suited for testing of bondings, detection of delaminations or water inclusions.

The turnkey solution is based on software package IrNDT. The software is developed for non-destructive testing with active thermography and it features all known methods (e.g. lock-in thermography or pulse thermography) and excitation sources (like halogen lamps, flash generator, ultrasound) of active thermography. Due to this JetCheck is designed for the inspection of different materials like fiber reinforced (composites) or conventional metallic materials. The system locates defects like cracks, loose rivets or water inclusions with ease and it is used by considerable companies like Lufthansa Technik, Boing or Airbus.
